Do you love free stuff? Now through February 28th Stampin’ Up! is offering FREE products from the Sale-a-bration catalog with each purchase of $50 or more.
I created this card no stamping card (yup…no inky fingers to make this one) using one of the four papers papers that are offered for FREE now through February 28. This card uses the Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper (DSP) and is quick and easy to make.
Here are the measurements to create this card:
5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ card base using Basic Black
4″ x 5 1/4″ DSP (I chose the petal pink DSP)
3 3/4″ x 4″ DSP (I chose the reverse side of the petal pink DSP for the flowers)
Scraps of white, petal pink, basic black, and evening evergreen were used to create the “thanks” layer
4″ x 5 1/4″ basic white for the inside of the card
1/4″ x 5 1/4″ scrap DSP for inside of the card
(listing of all supplies used is at the end of this post)
The Basic Borders dies really adds a lot of character with very little effort. I placed the envelope style die onto the flower DSP paper and cut it with the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine.
To create the thanks layer, I used the 2 thanks dies from the Amazing Thanks die set and layered them. To pop them up, I used mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to give it a little extra flair. A few pearls, some black twine, and this card is complete!
The inside is a piece of Basic White Cardstock and a strip of DSP to add that personal touch.
I’d love to see some of your quick and easy cards!
