Once I used the Flower Tulips bundle, I was hooked. This is one of my favorites from the Jan-June mini catalog. The tulips are so easy to put together and are 3D which adds dimension to your cards. For this card I chose to cut out the tulips from Basic White Cardstock then sponge the edges with Pale Papaya. I love how it turned out…and it was pretty quick and easy. Supplies are listed below so you can also create this stunning card (or even scrapbook embellishment) to share with your friends and loved ones.
Dimensions:
Base: Cut Evening Evergreen at 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″.
Layer 1: 4″ x 5 1/4″ Basic White
2nd layer: cut 1″ x 3 3/4″ tulips from the Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper (DSP)
3rd layer: Evening Evergreen cut at 2 1/4″ x 4 1/4″
4th layer: 2″ x 4″ Plaid DSP from the Pansy Petals DSP (retiring soon AND ON SALE!)
Tulips cut from Basic White and sponged with Pale Papaya. Stems were cut from Soft Succulent and stamped with Evening Evergreen.
Stamp, cut with dies, sponge, and assemble as shown.
